Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Eridefox and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Campaign Period: The giveaway will run from Monday, April 10, 2023, at 6:00 AM PST until Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow these steps:
1. Tag at least 3 friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
2. Share the campaign post publicly on social media.
3. Like Eridefox’s Facebook page (@eridefox) and follow their Instagram account (@eridefoxofficial).
4. Fill out the registration form with their personal details using the provided link: https://forms.gle/W2TcMyfwkujv8Vdz7
Only one entry per person is allowed. Eridefox reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the criteria listed above or that are deemed fraudulent or suspicious.
Winner Selection: 1 winner will be chosen randomly via online random number generator from among the eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on Monday, May 1, 2023, via Eridefox’s social media accounts and email. The winner will have 12 hours from the time of the announcement to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within this time frame, another winner will be chosen.
Prize: The prize for the giveaway is a Macfox M20X e-bike model valued at $1299.00 USD.
Fees and Taxes: Eridefox will cover the shipping costs for the e-bike within the United States. Any additional costs associated with delivery or taxes outside of the United States will be shouldered by Eridefox. NO taxes or fees will be required by the winner.
Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Eridefox to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Additional Terms: The giveaway will only proceed if we receive at least 300 entries for the campaign through the entry form.
Rights: Eridefox reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time, for any valid reason.
Governing Law: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
